CEDS Update Notice
The FIVCO Area Development District is seeking public comment on the propose:
- 2024 FIVCO Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Update
The document will be available for review from Monday, Nov. 4 to Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. at the Judge Executive Offices in Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Greenup, and Lawrence Counties, and the FIVCO ADD Office located at 32 Fivco Court, Grayson, KY 41143.

FIVCO Area Development District Notice to the Public
The FIVCO Area Development District hereby gives notice that it is the policy of the agency to assure full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil rights Restoration Act of 1987, and related Nondiscrimination authorities in all programs and activities. It is FIVCO ADD’s policy that no person in the United States of America shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, low-income or Limited English Proficiency be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any of our programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance.
Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination under the title VI and related Nondiscrimination authorities has the right to file a complaint.

To file a complaint, the written complaint must be submitted to the address above within 180 days of the alleged discrimination, unless the time for following is extended by the Title VI Coordinator to allow for accommodations for limited English proficient individuals and/or oral complaints to be documented and/or translated.
