ADRC-logo-1The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is funded through the Administration on Aging. It is a collaborative effort between the Administration on Aging and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The objective of the ADRC is to be a “one-stop shop” for senior information and resources. The ADRC provides information regarding long-term care services, public assistance programs, and private businesses.

The goal of this program is to provide easier access to services and support, save time in navigating the often complex system of care, offer supported decision making, and empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being.

The FIVCO ADD’s ADRC serves as a single point of entry and a trusted place for gaining information and assistance related to services and supports for not only the elderly, but also disabled individuals of any and caregivers.

Anyone can make a referral for information about services listed on this website; the FIVCO ADD ADRC staff can be reached by calling toll-free at (800) 499-5191 or (606) 929-1366.
