EastPark is the marketing name for the Northeast Kentucky Regional Industrial Park Authority’s 1,000-acre multi-use business park near Ashland and Grayson, Kentucky. The park is the creation of Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Greenup and Lawrence County governments and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
EastPark is located next to I-64 in northeast Kentucky; EastPark provides land that is primed for development, with infrastructure in place to meet small business and large industrial demands.
EastPark is separated into two (2) site areas:
- Total Acres: 248
- Substantial additional adjoining acreage available.
- All access, infrastructure, restrictive deeds and covenants are in place.
- Total Acres: 615
- 41 acres reserved for Commercial/Service tenants.
